I. PROFESSIONALISM

Executive search consulting is a professional endeavor. A profession is characterized by the objectivity, integrity and thoroughness of its practitioners. We will maintain the highest standards of professional work and behavior so that our actions reflect favorably on our clients, candidates, the community and our firm. In this endeavor, we serve our clients in a professional manner, including the performance of at least the following services before proposing any candidates:

A. Meetings with the client to develop understanding of the client's organization and needs and position to be filled;

B. Written documentation outlining the position description, scope, and character of the services to be provided;

C. Thorough independent research on the nature and needs of the client organization;

D. Comprehensive search for qualified candidates;

E. Thorough evaluation of potential candidates, including in-depth interviews, verification of credentials, and careful assessment of the individuals strengths and areas for improvement to provide an adequate basis for independent and expert recommendations to the client;

F. Both before and after presentation of a candidate, and prior to final selection by the client, performance of comprehensive reference checking.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

We will accept only those assignments that we are qualified to undertake on the basis of full knowledge of the client situation and the professional competence and capacity of the consultants involved. Assignments accepted will be based on a comprehensive written document outlining the scope and character of the services to be provided.

III. CONFIDENTIALITY

We shall regard as totally confidential all information concerning the business affairs of our clients and candidates. We will not recruit out of Client Companies.

IV. PROMOTION ACTIVITIES

We will conduct all firm promotion, public relations and new business activities in a manner that involves no representations, express or implied, that are false, deceptive, unsubstantiated, or that otherwise have a capacity to mislead.
